To avoid illegal, harmful behavior
Not to prevent the provision of services

4.⁠ ⁠Establishment of the Contract

Filling in the form on the website + payment: reservation is established.
Each flight reservation is net price, date and details are confirmed.

5.⁠ ⁠Fees and Payments

Payment must be made in full in advance.
Returns and cancellations are subject to other agreements.

6.⁠ ⁠Limitations of Liability

Limited liability only for direct damages related to the System.
In the event of force majeure, the parties cannot be held responsible.

7.⁠ ⁠Intellectual Property

Site content, brand, logos belong to SkyWay Balloons. Cannot be used without permission.

8.⁠ ⁠Personal Data

Privacy Policy provisions apply.

9.⁠ ⁠Dispute and Authority

The laws of the Republic of Turkey apply.
Istanbul (Çağlayan) courts and enforcement offices are authorized.
